Zoë: for Christmas I went down to London to visit Grandma. when it was Christmas Eve we left a mince pie for Santa and a carrot for Rudolph :-). In my stocking I got some sketching pencils,strawberry hearts ( you can eat), de tangling hair spay (that smells of berrys) and some head bands which are really good :-). Under the Christmas tree I got a Barbie car and some art jewellery machines.
Angus: Well I got a few things too, including two fountain pens! Although I was hoping for a fountain pen; I had never dreamt of getting two! Don't know how I'll get to use them both at the same time? The travel went really smoothly. Not looking to travel quickly we set the cruise control and maintained a steady 60 mph as much of the way as possible; we actually averaged 50 mph (not bad) overall. Weather was balmy, cloudy and mild. All in all a good trip; caught up with a few people...unfortunately, we didn't get as much time with them as we'd have liked, but the time we had was good. Here's to a happy, healthy 2013 :-)
